A luxury polo estate including Kurland Village and a working macadamia orchard with equestrian facilities.
The goal of the proposed development is to provide homes and career opportunities for all incomes in a rural environment. The development will include commercial, light industrial and agricultural components which will include and, in time, transform the impoverished Kurland Village.
The total size of the development is approximately 2300ha, which includes the Kurland Hotel and Kurland estate, one of the country’s foremost polo centres.
